Katja Schendel in an interview with Emily Hess

How sounds can change your life

"Moving in the sound of singing bowls, gongs and mantras, listening very gently to yourself, is a deep encounter with yourself. To address and touch people with sound on a physical, emotional and spiritual level, that is my life."

Emily Hess, the founder of sound education and sound yoga, has been accompanying people for many years through "Sound Living" to find their own way to love life. She finds her inspiration with her husband, on the island of Ikaria, in Nepal and at home.
